Marcum Search Promotes Heidi Williams Executive Vice President

New York City, NY – Marcum Search is pleased to announce the promotion of Heidi Williams to Executive Vice President. Heidi recently joined us through the Marcum LLP merger with Skoda Minotti, a market-leading accounting and business advisory firm. She is a well-respected leader with unparalleled industry expertise.

Heidi has more than 20 years of combined experience in accounting, human resources and talent acquisition. She has been placing candidates in the areas of accounting, finance, human resources, marketing and information technology, from entry-level through C-Suite. She has worked with an extensive client list throughout her career in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, legal, accounting & finance, real estate and construction. 

In addition to talent acquisition, Heidi’s experience also includes compensation research and reporting, as well as consulting in a variety of human resource-related issues. She is also a Certified Birkman Consultant.
