September is here and while summer in not officially over, it is a time for change and growth as it relates to the job market. The last few months during the Pandemic most companies were on a hiring freeze. Employers have brought back some employees who were furloughed but at a far slower pace than anticipated. Today at Marcum and at many of our valued clients, we are seeing many immediate job openings across various locations, job grades, and in an array of industries in both temporary and permanent roles.
