Meet the Newest Members of the Marcum Search Team

Joining our Cleveland office is Candace Freeman. As a director, her main focus will be in technical recruiting. Candace has a diverse background in recruiting, retail management and education, with a degree in public relations. She’s most excited to be partnering with the national Marcum Search team to fulfill her clients’ IT needs.

Lauren Pakravan is a 2021 University of Southern California graduate. Lauren has joined the Los Angeles, CA, Marcum Search team as a recruiter, where she is focused on the legal profession.

Lauren Clemente is a new director in the Los Angeles office. She has more than 15 years of experience in legal recruiting in the Los Angeles area and is excited to expand her reach into public accounting with Marcum Search.

Kelly Calandra, who began her recruiting career fresh out of college, has more than a decade of experience as a home healthcare recruiter, with additional experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Kelly will be partnering with the team of account executives and directors in Marcum Search’s New York City office.
